Earlier vide order dated 29.04.2022, petitioner was granted provisional bail.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been reconciled between the parties. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant does not controvert the contention raised on behalf of the petitioner and also submit that both parties have settled their dispute. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.04.2022 is hereby confirmed.

The application stands allowed.
