JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-03-2023 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 50 of 2022 arising out of Chandi P.S. Case No. 450 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 376(D), 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

The trial is on the verge of completion.

In view of the above, this application is dismissed. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13243 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 take personal interest in the matter and get the trial of the petitioner concluded at the earliest possible time and preferably within three months from today.
