The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2018. Liquor was recovered from a vehicle which was not of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 313 of 2018, with following conditions:

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12980 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
