The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 380 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. One Bhoja Lal Sah was apprehended by the teachers of a school and he is said to have disclosed that he along with the petitioner committed theft of foodgrains from the school. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the case relates with petty theft of foodgrains from the school, the petitioner, in the
