JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-05-2016 Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has already been dismissed from service and his other claims have already been decided or settled, the petitioner has a legal battle ahead of him for which he will have to take appropriate remedial measure. The order of dismissal could not beget him the grant of benefit which he has prayed for in this writ application, at least at this juncture.

This writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to exhaust his remedy by assailing the order of his dismissal.
