Petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2016 in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 341, 420, 468, 471, 376, 386, 498(A), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who happens to be Devar of the informant, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the informant herself wants to marry with him as her husband is said to be of unsound mind and lives in Calcutta alone. Moreover, the initial incident is of 2013 and the complaint has been lodged after two years in 2015. The petitioner is in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7771 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 custody for the last two and half months.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-14, Motihari at East Champaran in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015.
