27-03-2019 Heard Sri Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel assisted by Sri Saket Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Umeshanand Pandit, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Manoj Kumar Jha, learned counsel, who informs that only today in Registry he has filed vakalatnama on behalf of informant.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 300 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 323, 324, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, considering the seriousness of the accusation and specific evidence, by order dated 07-05-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27083 of 2018. Sri Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17054 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 tried to persuade the Court to re-apprise the material on record and consider the prayer for bail.

In view of fact that on merit as well as considering the seriousness of the accusation, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, there is no reason to again entertain the same prayer without any change in circumstance.

The prayer for bail again stands dismissed.
