JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH) 09-09-2025 The present intra-court appeal has been filed by the appellant against the judgment dated 29.01.2022, passed by the learned Single Judge in CWJC No. 3420 of 2021.

2. The learned Single Judge, after hearing the parties dismissed the writ petition observing as under: - "4. Without impleading such of those persons, whose rights are likely to be affected in the final panel/list dated 28.03.2020, the present petition has been presented in seeking appointment of Grade-IV employee in

Patna High Court L.P.A No.100 of 2022(8) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 Saharsa district.

5. Therefore, the present petition stands dismissed in the light of the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Ranjan Kumar & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in (2014) 16 SCC 187 (Para 3 to 13) reserving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal reserving liberty to file a fresh petition.

4. Permission is granted.

5. The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
