1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.321/2021, registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted the privilege of provisional bail by order dated 19.08.2025, on the ground that petitioner was willing to execute sale deed in favour of the informant for a piece of 3 decimal of land. It is further submitted that a detailed order was also recorded on 13.10.2025. It is next submitted that petitioner now has resiled from the undertaking given to the Court on 19.08.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw the bail application.

5. Permission is accorded.

6. The bail application of the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn.
