Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 23.08.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15564/2021. The trial court report reveals that out of six prosecution witnesses, four witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2020, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order.
