The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad (Town) P.S. case No. 45 of 2017 under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The Circle Officer on information that a fake institution, namely, Chand Jan Kalyan Samiti is cheating the people and on such office of the Samiti was raided and petitioner was arrested. The petitioner disclosed that he is working as Supervisor of the Samiti. Amarjeet Kumar is Manager of the Samiti, who engaged him. The Samiti appoints teachers after taking Rs. 3200/- from each person.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20452 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 petitioner was also engaged in Samiti as Supervisor. The petitioner did not receive any money from any of the candidates. The petitioner is in jail since 12.02.2017.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is in jail since 12.02.2017, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017.
