06-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Roh P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. In the F.I.R., the informant has alleged that on 6th July, 2019, when he reached Madarsa, petitioners alongwith other accused persons surrounded him and attacked by Hockey sticks, as a result of which, he suffered some injuries. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13710 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 further alleged that one of the co-accused Sanjay Malakar snatched Rs. 25,000/-, gold chain and a ring from the informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation. It is further submitted that injury is found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that parties have reconciled the dispute and to this effect, a joint compromise petition has already been filed before the court below, which has been annexed as Annexure - 3 to the petition. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019, subject to condition, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
