The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 377, 307, 504 & 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant and his villager Vijay Sharma had gone to the house of the petitioner for demand of wages then petitioner started to abuse them. In the meantime, his brothers Asmani Choudhary and Gyanchand Choudhary, armed with iron rod, came there and started assaulting to informant and Vijay Sharma. On raising hulla, Dilip Choudhary also came there and carried the informant and Vijay Sharma in a room and started to cause injury to them through heat iron rod.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific allegation of causing assault to informant and Vijay Sharma is against Dilip Choudhary on catching hold the informant and Vijay Sharma by Rikhi Choudhary and Dhanjee Choudhary. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 24.03.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S.
