JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with G.O No. 50 of 2017, registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The accusation is that the petitioners were apprehended with 20 bottles, each containing, 300 ML Nepali wine.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 12.03.2017.

No.20089 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Pupari, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. G.O 50 of 2017.
