Patna High Court CWJC No.18811 of 2016(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 in Misc. Case no. 29 of 2010-11;

(ii) to restore the order dated 14.02.2014 passed by Collector, Kalmur in Misc. Case no.20 of 2010-11;

(iii) to any other relief (s) for which petitioner entitled under the law.

3. For want of prosecution, the writ petition is dismissed.
