2. Order dated 17.12.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12609 of 2021 has been complied belatedly on 10.02.2023. It should have been complied on or before 1st March, 2022. On the other hand, Respondent has taken more than about one year in complying the same. There is no application for reviewing the order dated 17.12.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12609 of 2021 and so also there is no application for extension of time. In absence of such action the concerned Respondent has

3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of while imposing cost of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand). Cost shall be paid by the Respondent to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna within a period of 08 weeks from today.
