The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 986/18 corresponding to Mohania P.S. Case No. 657 of 2018 for the offences punishable under 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 55.950 liters of illicit liquor from the place situated at the outside of the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though, the petitioner is accused in one other case, but he is on bail in the said case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Excise Case No. 986 of 2018 corresponding to Mohania P.S. Case No. 657 of 2018.
