No. 81399 of 2019 whereby the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail with direction to furnish bail bonds in connection with Buxar (Town) Police Station Case No. 202 of 2019 within a period of thirty days but the bail bond has not been furnished within the stipulated period. Prayer for modification is allowed and further eight weeks time is granted to furnish the bail bonds with condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.2,000/- (two thousand) in the victim compensation fund.
