This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been caught along with the vehicle and he has clean antecedent, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13116 of 2022(2) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Darbhanga, in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
