2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 354 (A) , 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per prosecution case , husband of informant namely Suresh Chauhan and brother of her husband, this petitioner jointly kept wood near her old house from several years but on 25.06.2023 around 07:00 O'clock this petitioner Ramnandan Chauhan were cutting wood with Axe without

No.23515 of 2024(5) dt.11-09-2024 2/3 consent of husband of informant, when Suresh Chauhan opposed, then this petitioner caught hair-lock of informant and pushed her down on the ground and wife of this petitioner namely Jasiya Devi forcibly pressed the hydrocele of husband of informant, in the meantime co-accused Gauam Kumar and Pradhan Kumar assaulted husband of informant with lathi and this petitioner assaulted informant with Axe causing injury on her head and when daughter of informant Chandni Kumari came there then this petitioner pushed her down on the ground.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is none less than own Bhabhi of the petitioner and due to dispute over wood a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between them. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature . Injury caused by petitioner is simple in nature. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the backdrop, relation between the parties, nature of injury and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
