The petitioner being the lady Doctor is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 406, 419, 420, 338, 313, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that deliberate Hysterectomy of the various patients were done and the money was encashed from the Insurance Company, but the suspicion was raised since the patients were found aged about 25-30 years, when the removal of uterus was not required. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that medical board found no fault with the operation and considering the same the co-accused Dr. Anil Kumar Tripathi was granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10920 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 32008 of 2014.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
