The petitioner seeks bail in Barachatti P.S. case No.610/2019 registered u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

From the possession of petitioner 15 liters of country made Mahua liquor was recovered and for that the petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2019. The petitioner has already remained in custody for more than two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. case No.610/2019.
