Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injuries sustained by the informant have been found to be simple in nature. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 25.04.2017 and 03.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 19423 of 2017 and 20459 of 2017 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2017.

No.20307 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017.
