Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016 registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 08.12.2016, 16.12.2016 and 07.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 53094 of 2016, 47281 of 2016 and 9768 of 2017 respectively. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 16.01.2017.

No.20319 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016.
