Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has executed a registered sale deed in the name of father of the complainant in the year 1984 and he is in possession but in recent years when the revenue authorities refused mutation in favour of the complainant, he lodged the case that the petitioner has cheated him.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20298 of 2017 (2) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 Purnea/successor Court in connection with Dhamdaha Police Station Case No. 88 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
