The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,323,324,427,353,307,272,273,225,225(B)of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of D.P.Act and 30(a) of Excise Act, 2016.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11849 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 Petitioners are named in the FIR on suspicion only who were not at the spot when the police raided the place. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Hence, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 49 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
