====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GA No. 13.

The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated 13/8/2012 passed in CWJC No.14524 of 2012.

In this case a show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 4 and along with the show cause an order has been brought on record as Annexure -'C'.

Patna High Court MJC No.841 of 2014 (6) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 The petitioner in the writ petition had claimed that though as per the order of the authority concerned during the visit of Chief Minister in Bisfi Block he had executed the work of barricading, construction of stage, however, payment was not made. This court disposed of the writ petition with direction to examine the claim of petitioner.

Since an order has been passed vide Annexure - 'C' , the court is of the opinion that this petition can be disposed of with an indication that if petitioner feels aggrieved with the Annexure - 'C' i.e. order regarding the claim, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.

The petition stands disposed of.
