It is informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the father of the petitioner has sought apology from the Court for not being present stating that he is not willing to conduct the marriage of the petitioner with the girl or accept the girl and he has nothing further to say in the matter. We have heard the different persons appearing before us personally as also their learned counsels.
