2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner along with another is said to have entered the shop of the informant and demanded Rs. 5,00,000/- as Rangdari and they have also tried to assault the informant by

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He has committed no offence. He submitted that on the alleged date the petitioner along with other co-accused Balwant Singh was engaged for some physical work by the informant. After performance of the allotted duty, the petitioner and co-accused demanded the agreed amount but the informant was not ready to pay the agreed amount as the allotted work was performed by them. He further submitted that when the petitioner protested to the informant then the informant along with his associates assaulted the petitioner and co-accused brutally and when the informant found that they have committed a very heinous offence he concocted a false story and with the aid and advise of his associates handed over the petitioner and co-accused with knife to police giving another colour to the incident. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition. He is languishing in judicial custody since 04.09.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as

The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Chapra Town P.S.
