2. Learned counsel for the State submits that compliance of the directions issued by this Court, which is in contempt, has already been complied with and all admitted dues, after deducting T.D.S. have been released in favour of the petitioner.

3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the factual position and submits that liberty may be restored to file appropriate representation for pending grievance, if any, by framing a time line.
4. The contempt petition is disposed of and the petitioner is left with a liberty to file appropriate representation within a period of four weeks and on filing of such representation, necessary order shall be passed adjudicating the pending grievances of the petitioner, if any, within a further period of two weeks.
