2. The present criminal writ application has been filed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of direction to the Respondent Nos. 8 and 9 to collect the injury report of the father of the petitioner from the Kalpana Nursing Home Begusarai and further put the same before the concern court.

(ii) For issuance of direction to the respondents (Officer-in-charge) of

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.423 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 Mufassil Police Station to make further and proper investigation in the instance case bearing Mufassil P.S. Case No. 15/2024 dated 17.01.2024 registered u/s 341, 307, 504, 34 of I.P.C. against four accused persons, later on section 302 has also been added.

(iii) For issuance of direction to learned court below to exhibit mark the injury report of the father of the petitioner /informant.

(iv) For issuance of direction to the authority to take appropriate action against the responsible persons.

(v) For issuance of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the instant case.

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law and in view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. reported as (2008) 2 SCC 409.
