The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forest Case No.10 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 33, 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act and Sections 2 and 3(A) of Forest Conservation Act, 1980. In view of the fact that the allegation against the petitioner is of having cut the trees from the protected forest area, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to him.
