The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S.Case no. 343 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The case was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of coaccused, who was apprehended by the police. Nothing was recovered from his possession. Similarly situated other co-accused persons, namely, Om Prakash Sahni and Raju Manjhi, have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 10.02.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 4368 of 2017 and vide order dated 24.03.2017 in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20182 of 2017 (2) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 No. 12935 of 2017.

On the ground of parity, I allow the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.S.Case No. 343 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
