JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 07-07-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day considering the fact that in the case diary there is no material against the petitioner and also he has no criminal antecedent.
