JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No.4 of 2015 under sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 337, 338 and 379 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and the petitioners' side has also sustained injuries.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner nos. 2 and 3, namely, Sikandara Kumar Ram @ Sikandra Ram and Kamaldeo Ram are directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest/surrender, in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No.4 of 2015, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial

So far as prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no.1 Upendra Kumar Ram @ Upendra Ram is concerned, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, if he surrenders and pray for regular bail, the same would be disposed of on the same day without prejudice.
