Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 539 of 2017 arising out of Singhia P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 and 120B of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.01.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20331 of 2017 (5) dt.24-07-2017 2/2 Rosera, Samastipur in connection with S.T. No. 539 of 2017 arising out of Singhia P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017. Permission is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to make necessary correction in the first and last paragraphs of the bail petition.
