The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 413 of 2018 (G.R. No. 3767 of 2018) for the offences under Sections 461, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.11.2018. He further submits that in the instant case unknown person is committed theft in the Currier office of the informant. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and petitioner is in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
