The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 304 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 30352 of 2020 on 17.12.2020. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22090 of 2021(3) dt.31-01-2022 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 304 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
