This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The petitioner was apprehended while fleeing, on suspicion that he was the carrier of the recovered liquor. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.02.2017. Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on completion of three months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Ms Jabin Jamal, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna, or successor Court (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
