The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Case No.235 of 2019 arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.112 of 2019 registered under Sections 399, 401 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended three persons who are said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not apprehended on the spot and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 28.06.2019. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about eight months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10754 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Sessions Case No.235 of 2019 arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.112 of 2019.
