ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well learned counsel for the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited a sum of rupees twenty thousand on 09.05.2016 with the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited.
A copy of the receipt is filed in this Court which may be kept on record.
Considering the fact that a part of the alleged amount has

No.9283 of 2016 (7) dt.03-08-2016 P2/2 been deposited with the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Bhabhua, in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
