JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 346 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 511, 290, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation as per FIR is that in the morning some miscreants entered inside the hospital and tried to open Godrej almirah and people have caught hold one miscreants but two others succeeded in fleeing away, one of which is the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and
