Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.10.2018 in connection with Special Case No. 118 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Taking into consideration that 732 Kg Ganja was recovered from a truck, which was being driven by the petitioner at the time of alleged recovery, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
