Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.
Though allegation against the petitioner is of firing. However, no injury was caused to anyone. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18427 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 Saharsa/successor Court in connection with Salkhua (Chiraiya O.P.) Police Station Case No. 225 of 2016 corresponding to S.T. No. 19 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
