JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 30-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No.149 of 2016 instituted under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 478 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara at Bhojpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that processes under Section 82 & 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16757 of 2020(6) dt.30-01-2021 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
