The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 447/341/323/ 324 /307 / 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner caused injury with Dabia, a sharp cutting weapon, at the head of the informant. The doctor has found three sharp cut wound on the head of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2018. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing of eight months of custody or after framing of the charge whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with
