2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 133 of 2016 arising out of Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 375 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 377/511 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have tried to commit unnatural sex with a minor boy of 12 years.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 29.11.2023.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
