The petitioner is accused in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 77 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.03.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, (P), Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S.
