Agrawal, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel for the informant, Sri Amit Kumar Anand.
2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 178 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 376, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is said to have committed rape with the victim. From the FIR, it appears that it is a case of failed promise of marriage and when the petitioner got married to some other girl, this case has been lodged. The girl is a major. It appears to be a case of consensual sex.

4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea/concerned Court below in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 178 of 2024.
