Case no. 20/2014 registered under sections 188, 420, 409, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC in which petitioners apprehend their arrest and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7834 of 2015 (2) dt.27-02-2015 this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the victim.

Admittedly, petitioners were working as postmasters of sub post offices and accusation against them is that they made payment of Manrega scheme to forged persons.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners drew my attention towards annexure P/3 to the petition and submitted that in village sub post offices payment is made at the advice and direction of sub post offices and the petitioners made payment at the advice and direction of their sub post offices.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Gaunaha P.S.
